Job summary

Vivmark Residential is selecting a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities. You will deliver personalized tours, highlight floorplans, and showcase neighborhood dining and amenities to prospective residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging apartment tours tailored to individual preferences and walk prospective residents through floorplans and community features.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized outreach, campaigns, and social media to build community excitement.
• Follow up with leads and provide updates on availability, floorplans, and local amenities to help residents imagine living here.
• Support a smooth leasing process and contribute to creating a welcoming, luxury living experience for residents.
