Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living. As a Leasing Consultant you will tailor tours, recommend floorplans, and follow through on every lead to show you care.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate/property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leasing Consultant will take on daily leasing team operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a sense of community for new residents.
• Follow through on leads and tailor tours to individual preferences, including floorplans and local recommendations.
