Job summary

Village Green is seeking a proactive Leasing Sales Consultant to drive apartment rentals, coordinate move-ins, showings, and lease negotiations, and maintain high occupancy at our communities. It is an on-site role with regular team collaboration and customer-focused goals.

You will lead weekly sales meetings, mentor staff, and represent Village Green at external events while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment geared toward occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales/customer service experience.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy.
• Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and showings.
• Represents Village Green at outside networking & social functions.
• Conducts weekly sales meetings with the on-site team to review goals and strategies.
• Acts as an on-site coach and mentor for team associates.
• Adheres to fair housing policies.
