Job summary

Village Green is seeking motivated Leasing Sales Consultants to act as the first point of contact for our award-winning apartment communities. You will drive leasing activity, coordinate move-ins, and support renewals while representing the company in a professional manner.

The role requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with experience in a fast-paced rental environment. You’ll participate in weekly sales meetings, mentor team members, and help ensure fair housing

Qualifications

• Two years of leasing experience with multi-family.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; knowledge of Yardi/One Site/MRI/Sight Plan desirable.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in manner and dress.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate rental of apartment units to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and showings.
• Lead sales activities and ensure paperwork for tenants is completed accurately.
• Represent Village Green at outside networking and social functions.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings with the on-site team to review goals and strategies.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team associates.
• Adhere to policies related to fair housing.
