Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3 years affordable housing experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant units and conduct applicant interviews.
• Process rent payments and deposit records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and close service requests.
• Greet visitors and answer calls in a professional manner.
• Prepare monthly communications and calendars.
