Job summary

The Neiders Company is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join one of our smaller multifamily communities in Arizona. This hands-on role covers leasing, resident relations, rent collection, administrative support, and day‑to‑day operations to support occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience, onsite in Arizona multifamily communities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct tours confidently.
• Proficient with property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred to support residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rent collection, process resident payments, monitor delinquency and notices.
• Support leasing activities including tours, applications, and renewals to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain accurate resident records and comply with policies and Fair Housing requirements.
• Provide responsive, professional service to residents and prospects.
• Coordinate make-ready processes with maintenance teams and vendors.
• Assist with property reporting, budgeting support, and administrative duties.
• Conduct property tours and inspections, deliver notices as needed.
