Job summary

The Neiders Company is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a small multifamily property in Arizona. This hands-on role covers leasing, resident relations, rent collection, administrative support, and day-to-day community operations.

You will help drive occupancy and revenue goals while upholding company policies and Fair Housing guidelines, with a focus on delivering high-quality resident experiences. Strong organizational skills and accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property management experience in multifamily communities.
• Arizona residency is required.
• Strong communication and tour-building skills.
• Proficiency with property reporting and basic financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Support rent collection, process payments, monitor delinquency and notices.
• Assist leasing activities: tours, inquiries, applications, renewals, occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident records and ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing laws.
• Provide responsive service to residents and prospects, resolving issues.
• Coordinate make-ready with maintenance and vendors for timely occupancy.
