Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, retail, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail; comfort with ledgers, spreadsheets, and reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours during peak leasing and turn seasons.

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments, process daily deposits, and maintain accurate resident ledgers.
• Manage the delinquency process end to end: late notices, notices under applicable laws, payment plans, and evictions coordination.
• Prepare and review weekly and monthly reports (occupancy, leasing/renewal activity, delinquency, budget variance).
• Assist with invoice coding, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
• Complete move-in and move-out accounting, including security deposit dispositions within statutory timeframes.
• Maintain accurate resident files in compliance with policy and Fair Housing law.
• Carry an individual leasing and renewal goal, conduct tours, follow up on leads, and close applications.
