Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to oversee leasing, marketing and positive resident relations across our properties. You will handle lease signing, showings, applications and move-ins, while maintaining strong communication with residents and prospects.

Applicants should have experience in leasing, with proficiency in MS Office and property management software, and be ready to engage in a busy, on-site office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, marketing and resident relations is preferred.
• Ability to assist prospects with applications and deposits and follow Fair Housing requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-in paperwork and orientations.
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions and service issues promptly to boost satisfaction.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely response to requests.
