Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, assist with applications, and guide them through move-in processes.

The role involves showing apartments, closing sales, and coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure timely service. A two-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong customer service and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, or in-person)
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits following procedures and fair housing rules
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification, then submit for processing
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare units for move-in with signed paperwork
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement for the property
• Address resident concerns promptly to promote satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests are completed
• Attend goal-setting meetings and support marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget
