Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing and positive resident relations. You will sign leases, act as landlord for property owners, and drive tours and move-ins on-site.

Role emphasizes customer service, closing sales, and maintaining an active social media presence for the property. A flexible schedule includes weekdays, nights, and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Microsoft Office and Property Management Software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided or in-person).
• Qualify prospects using lead management software and assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification and submit for processing.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

Six months to one-year related experience and/or training
