Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Associate to lease apartments and provide exceptional customer service to maximize occupancy and resident retention.

You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and build rapport with residents and prospects. Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins/outs, handling renewals, assisting with rent collection, maintaining curb appeal, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior experience necessary for entry-level leasing.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions.
• Basic math for rent calculations and payments.
• Computer skills with MS Office and property software.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up and establish rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present apartment community professionally at all times.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations and renewals; assist in resident retention.
• Assist in providing and maintaining curb appeal.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures per policies.
• Assist with office organization and resident file upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.
