Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence, and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s and 100s.
• Ability to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Beginner experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and apartment tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up and establish rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present apartment community professionally at all times.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations, resident retention, and renewals.
• Assist with rent collection and provide account information to the property supervisor.
• Assist in enforcing community rules and maintaining curb appeal.
• Enter information into Yardi and maintain organized resident files.
