Kittle-Property-Group,-Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Launch Social Living to lease apartments, provide excellent customer service, and maintain high occupancy. You will conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and ensure a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins/outs, managing renewals, assisting with rent-related tasks, and supporting local marketing and community relations within a dynamic property team.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and information.
• Beginner MS Office experience and basic computer skills.
• No prior leasing experience required.

Aufgaben

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and tours to prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospects and current residents to establish rapport.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present the apartment community professionally at all times.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Assist with lease negotiations, renewals and resident retention.
• Assist with rent collection and account information as needed.
• Support marketing outreach and maintain resident files.
