Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Supervisor to oversee leasing teams, manage occupancy goals and ensure top-tier resident service. The role focuses on enforcing leasing best practices, improving brand reputation, and coordinating move-ins/mresent retention efforts.

The ideal candidate will lead training, monitor performance, and collaborate across teams to maintain high occupancy and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence; second language desirable.
• Math skills include basic arithmetic, fractions, percentages and graph interpretation.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Supervise leasing associates and leasing apartments; drive occupancy and retention.
• Lead daily leasing huddle and track performance vs goals.
• Coordinate moves in/out and lease negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with policies using Yardi and MaxLeases.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Support office organization and events.
