Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Leasing Associate to join our apartment communities in the United States. You will lease apartments via phone and in-person tours, conduct move-ins and move-outs, and provide exceptional resident service to maximize occupancy and retention.

You will follow up with prospects and current residents, coordinate with the property team, and help maintain curb appeal and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and interpret basic instructions.
• Beginner MS Office skills.
• Math skills: basic arithmetic.
• Reasoning skills: follow simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up and establish rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Coordinate move ins and move outs to provide for an enjoyable experience for all residents.
• Assist in rent collection and delinquency management.
• Assist manager with resident relations and enforcing community rules.
