Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC in Charleston, South Carolina, is looking for a Leasing / Sales Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and move-in, while delivering exceptional service to residents and guests.

This role emphasizes lead management, data analysis, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and occupancy.

Formación

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to understand legal documents.
• Proven ability to generate leads, present effectively, and close deals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to drive on property.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing activities and events.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Collect resident information at move-in and maintain records.
• Monitor market conditions and develop short- and long-term occupancy plans.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic.
• Use property management software to track availability, showings, and leasing data.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals within 24 hours.
• Assist Lifestyle Coordinator with events and outreach programs.
