The position supports a hybrid work model with a focus on relationship-building, events, and marketing outreach to attract new residents and retain current ones.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct tours and qualify prospects.
• Experience coordinating leasing processes and leases.

Responsabilités

• Perform sales activities to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage leasing: applications, screenings, leases, move-ins.
• Maintain CRM data and track leasing activity.
• Develop marketing strategies and outreach programs.
• Coordinate daily resident engagement events 2–5 per day.
• Prepare reports on tours, move-ins, and inventory.
