Panther Residential Management on-site Leasing Specialist role drives occupancy and delivers a top-tier resident experience. You will manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to move-in, conduct tours, and close leases while supporting marketing and community engagement.

This position blends sales, customer service, and operations, requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment on-site with the Community Manager and team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software (e.g., Onesite).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to leads, conduct tours, and close leases.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain strong conversion ratios.
• Present the community, apartments, and amenities per company standards.
• Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and competing properties.
• Provide a positive, responsive experience for prospects and residents.
• Handle inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with move-in readiness, unit inspections, and coordination.
• Prepare and process lease paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain leasing traffic, prospect data, and follow-up records.
• Review lease files for accuracy and completeness.
