Job summary

RPM Living in San Diego, CA is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, tours, applications, and resident relations at our apartment community. You will greet prospects, help with applications and deposits, perform credit checks, and coordinate move-ins and paperwork.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Hours are on-site with a flexible schedule including weekends; RPM Living offers competitive pay

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office, Property Management Software

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits; adhere to procedures and Fair Housing requirements
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments and close sale; prepare for move-ins; obtain signatures on paperwork
• Collaborate with property maintenance to ensure prompt service requests
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement
• Ensure resident retention through events and responsive service
• Complete lease, move-in, and other peak-period paperwork promptly
• Attend goal-setting meetings and contribute to marketing efforts
• Promote favorable image of the community to achieve objectives
