Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Resident Specialist to deliver top-tier customer service to residents and guests, show and lease apartments, assist with moving, and support the Community/Services Maintenance Manager with property tasks.

This role requires five days a week in the office and involves handling applications, coordinating service requests, and maintaining records to ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Customer service experience in Property/Hotel/Retail, Sales 1+ year.
• Experience and proficiency of Microsoft Office.
• Industry software such as Yardi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and pre-qualify prospects.
• Answer calls promptly with high level of service.
• Schedule appointments and conduct in-person visits.
• Process applications and maintain records.
• Initiate and follow up on maintenance service requests.
• Coordinate and track resident notices and renewals.
