Qualifications

• Customer service experience in Property/Hotel/Retail, Sales 1+ year.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is essential.
• Proficiency in office systems including telephone and computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Show and lease apartments, assist in the moving process.
• Manage rental payment processes and prepare recertification.

Ability to type at least 35 wpm
