Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Resident Specialist in Minneapolis, MN to provide outstanding customer service to our residents and assist with leasing duties.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate customer service excellence and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in property management or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Show and lease apartments, assist in the moving process.
• Develop relationships to understand resident needs.

Skills

Customer service excellence

Verbal and written communication in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to type at least 35 wpm

Education

High school graduate or GED equivalent

Customer service experience in Property/Hotel/Retail, Sales 1+ year
