Continental is seeking an Onsite Leasing Associate in Port Charlotte, FL to guide leasing from first contact to move-in. You will deliver outstanding resident service, conduct tours, and collaborate with the Community Manager to meet occupancy targets.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to balance desk work with touring the community and handling marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience with a passion for resident experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with tours and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in with tours and follow-ups.
• Inspect and prepare tour-ready units and maintain a clean model and tour path.
• Manage prospects and residents, support lease renewals and occupancy tracking.
