Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Leasing Associate for The Centro in Fort Myers, FL. You will guide leasing goals, tour-ready units, and build relationships with prospective and current residents, reporting to the Community Manager.

This full-time role pays $18.00-$20.00 per hour with performance incentives, and involves leading tours, coordinating move-ins, and contributing to occupancy and resident satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service background.
• Ability to balance office work with touring the community.
• Strong in customer-facing interactions and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience with a courteous, professional attitude.
• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in, including tours and follow-ups.
• Support lease renewals and occupancy tracking while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
