TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective and current residents at our apartment community. You will market available units, conduct tours, process applications, and help achieve occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
• Address resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests.
• Help market the property through social media, community outreach, and advertising.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Meet monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals.
