Quinn Residences is seeking a Resident Services Associate to support the Portfolio Manager in Greenville, SC. This in-person role requires coordinating leasing activity, collecting rents, handling resident relations, and ensuring compliance with state laws and company standards.

The position emphasizes timely rent collection, accurate record-keeping in Yardi, and timely escalation of issues to the Portfolio Manager. Strong customer service and apartment industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the apartment industry preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of apartment-related experience as leasing consultant or assistant community manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio Manager in achieving the community's annual budget plan.
• Assist with leasing activities and showings.
• Ensure timely collection and deposit of all rental income.
• Handle resident complaints promptly and professionally.
• Screen applicants for residency per established standards.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports and other required documentation.
• Prepare lease paperwork with new and renewing residents.
• Coordinate and monitor eviction-related tasks when needed.
• Maintain accurate information and comply with company policies.
