Asset Living in Denver is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show units, conduct tours, complete leases, and maintain leasing data.

A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and teamwork within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to perform on-site software tasks.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Prepare leasing paperwork prior to move-in and conduct necessary follow-up.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
