Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property in the United States. The role requires greeting prospects, showing communities, qualifying residents, tours, and signing leases, with paperwork completed before move-in.

The position emphasizes on-site software use, adherence to Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and collaboration with marketing to increase traffic and leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and maintain model units; conduct tours and follow-up.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist with marketing plan outreach and market surveys to drive traffic.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
