Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. The role requires regular on-site presence and a focus on delivering excellent service to prospective and current residents.

You will show/off er tours, qualify prospects, complete leases, and maintain accurate leasing data while supporting the property's marketing plans and achieving leasing goals. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales focus with the ability to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases.
• Experience handling resident relations and complaints with professional poise.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing activities including appointments, tours, and follow-up to close deals.
• Maintain prospect traffic data, respond to leads within 24 hours, and support marketing strategies to drive traffic.
