Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents, while maintaining daily onsite presence and accurate leasing data.

You’ll apply sales strategies to drive traffic, close leases, and support resident retention programs, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must be able to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Conduct tours, generate leads, schedule appointments, and complete lease paperwork.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address resident concerns.
