Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance and a proactive approach to lead generation are required.

The role emphasizes showing, leasing, and ensuring tenant satisfaction, with opportunities to contribute to retention programs and marketing initiatives. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of housing laws preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site softwareFunctions.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., resident events, promotions, newsletter).
• Contribute to maintaining clean and organized office and common areas.
