Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Boston to market properties, handle leads, and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will conduct tours, close leases, and support online presence while ensuring smooth move-in activities. A high school diploma is required; college coursework is a plus.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and communication, with a Tuesday–Saturday 9am–6pm schedule and eligibility for overtime and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and market the community, respond to leads, and share availability, pricing, location, and amenities.
• Schedule and conduct tours, using effective selling techniques to close leases.
• Support marketing efforts by enhancing online presence and advising on campaigns.
• Explain leases and community policies; coordinate move-in activities and orientations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage leasing documents and payments; ensure smooth move-in procedures.
• Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm.
