Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a diligent Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities and ensure residents enjoy premium living. You will conduct tailored tours, highlight floorplans, and maintain high engagement with prospective residents to showcase our luxury offers.

Weekend availability is required, with strong sales and marketing abilities to drive occupancy and community enthusiasm across channels.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Take on the daily operations of the leasing team and ensure residents experience luxury living.
• Provide guided tours tailored to individual tastes and outline floorplans.
• Follow through on leads to convert prospective residents.
• Support weekend traffic with Saturday availability.
• Create a sense of community and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
• Drive leasing performance through campaigns, outreach, and social media.
