Vivmark Residential is seeking a Senior Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at our Brooklyn community, delivering luxury living experiences and standout customer service. You will guide prospective residents from tours to securing a lease, tailoring recommendations to individual tastes, and maintaining robust follow-up on leads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year leasing or customer service experience in real estate or property management required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
