Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to market communities, nurture leads, and deliver exceptional resident service. You will handle tours, close leases, and support marketing efforts while ensuring a smooth move-in process and ongoing resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of lease terms, with a Tue–Sat 9am–6pm schedule. Proficiency with property software and Google Suite is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service/customer facing orientation.
• Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software & Google Suite.
• Valid Driver's License if operating a motorized vehicle in role.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Smartphone required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to sales leads, promote the community and provide pricing, location and amenities info.
• Schedule and conduct tours, and use selling techniques to close deals.
• Support marketing efforts by influencing online presence and campaigns.
• Explain lease provisions and policies; manage move-in activities and orientations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution.
• Manage leasing documents, process payments, and complete move-in procedures.
• Work Schedule: Tue-Sat, 9am–6pm.
