• Must have Texas Real Estate License and Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales experience and ability to close leases.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties and conduct property tours, including virtual/self-tours.
• Collaborate with SFRC team and Centralized Sales Hub to drive leasing results.
• Travel to multiple market SFRCs to aid in tours and inspections as needed.
• Maintain show-ready units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Analyze market data and report on performance to leadership.
