Job summary

Tricon Residential is hiring a SFRC Leasing and Resident Relations Specialist for the McKinney, TX area. The role focuses on sales, leasing, and outstanding resident experience, reporting to the Regional Community Manager.

You will share leasing ownership across a cluster of communities and work with the Centralized Sales Hub to exceed service standards. Responsibilities include property tours, follow-up with prospects, and collaboration with Marketing to drive referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties and drive marketing efforts across assigned SFRC communities.
• Conduct property tours, including virtual/self-tours, and follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with the Centralized Sales Hub and Marketing Team to boost referrals.
• Travel to multiple market SFRCs for tours and inspections as needed.
• Prepare monthly market insights and maintain strong resident relationships.
