Tricon Homes seeks a Single-Family Rental Community (SFRC) Leasing and Resident Relations Specialist. This sales-and-service role reports to the Regional Community Manager, sharing leasing ownership across a cluster of communities with the Centralized Sales Hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• MUST HAVE A TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Available to work weekends.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to travel to multiple sites in the market with valid insurance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell leases across an assigned cluster of SFRC communities.
• Conduct property tours and assist with virtual/self-tours.
• Follow up with leads and close leases in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Hub to drive referrals.
• Maintain show-ready properties and coordinate tours.
• Report performance metrics to SFRC Leadership.
