Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and follow Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process applications (credit checks, rental history) and obtain manager approval.
• Show apartments, collect signatures, and provide community orientation.
• Manage lease renewals, notices, move-outs, and update property software.
• Handle rent collections and enforce lease terms; initiate evictions when needed.
• Respond to resident questions and resolve issues to boost satisfaction.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media to enhance visibility.
