Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to welcome prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and promote resident satisfaction at an on-site community in Round Rock, Texas. The role includes rent collections, evictions, and maintaining strong property visibility through effective communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in customer service or leasing, bilingual in Spanish and English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or apartment leasing. Background in accounting with customer service is a plus.
• Expert bilingual Spanish/English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and follow Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications, credit checks, and lease approvals; update management software.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins; collect rents and handle renewals and evictions as needed.
• Maintain renewal notices, move-outs, and lease data in the system.
• Promote resident satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and effective communications.
• Conduct market research and support social media visibility for the property.
