RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for one of our Austin communities. You will schedule tours, assist applicants with applications and deposits, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Show apartments, close leases, and prepare move-in paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain active social media presence for visibility and engagement.
