You will deliver outstanding customer service to prospective and existing residents, manage resident communications, tours, and model homes, and contribute ideas to improve resident satisfaction and property

Qualifications

• Two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Energetic and engaging with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team to drive property success.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and team members.
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written channels.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to Marketing and Property Manager for property marketing and resident satisfaction.
