Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets. The role involves tours, applications, screenings, and lease signings, with focus on resident satisfaction and renewals.

The position requires licensing as required by state/local jurisdictions and a valid driver’s license for golf cart operations on property.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments; process applications, credit and background checks; prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate maintenance items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach; use internet marketing tools and other community plans.
• Use OneSite, Yardi or similar software to track availability, record traffic/leasing activities, manage data and demographics.
• Ensure show units meet standards; communicate maintenance needs and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease/renewal decisions.
• Prepare lease renewal letters/packages; engage renewing residents before move-out dates and ensure renewal documents are signed.
