Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Houston is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing process.

Responsibilities include inspecting apartments, implementing marketing plans, utilizing on-site software, and driving resident satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and renewals.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packets.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in readiness, coordinating with maintenance on outstanding items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools.
• Use on-site software to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data, ensuring accurate records.
• Ensure show units meet standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters, contacting renewing residents, and ensuring timely signing.
