Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue at our residential communities. You will greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and secure renewals.

You’ll inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, and implement local marketing plans to attract residents. Utilize OneSite and Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data, while maintaining show-ready properties and exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience: greet, qualify prospects, show apartments, process applications.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to hit revenue and occupancy goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and leases.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
