PrimeSites is seeking a Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to join our Lincoln, NE communities. You will handle property tours, assist applicants, explain leasing requirements, and support daily operations under supervision of Property Managers.

This role offers hands-on experience in leasing, resident relations, compliance, and property operations while providing a clear path to Property Manager and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, leasing, housing, property management, administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Explain community amenities, rental requirements, and affordable housing qualifications.
• Process applications and ensure required documentation is collected.
• Follow up on leads to achieve occupancy goals.
• Support resident relations and communications.
• Assist with rent collection, notices, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property managers to address requests.
