Job summary

Smoker Property Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to support the leasing process across our portfolio, from marketing to move-in. You’ll help tenants find their next home and contribute to occupancy goals.

You will coordinate showings, review applications, prepare leases, and provide outstanding customer service while collaborating with our property management team to drive business development and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and video vacant units for marketing.
• Collaborate to determine competitive rental rates.
• Create, post, monitor, and renew online vacancy advertisements.
• Track leasing activity and suggest strategies to improve occupancy.
• Communicate with prospective tenants through the application and leasing process.
• Schedule and conduct property showings with excellent customer experience.
• Review and compile application information for processing and approval.
• Prepare leases, addenda, and related documents accurately.
• Coordinate move-in activities and funds collection; provide keys.
• Assist with business development and other property management duties.
