Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred
• High School Diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly in the accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and be informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations when necessary and work with the property manager to ensure community guidelines are met.
• Review and approve applications and ensure proof of income and documents meet community qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies have been paid and all leasing documents uploaded.
• Ensure residents' current and future scheduled billing is accurate.
• Complete monthly reports in accordance with company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing and take tours; support hosting resident functions.
• Handle escalated service requests with the property team and maintain customer service standards.
• Work with Property Manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals and assist with renewals.
