Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Orlando, FL to motivate Leasing Consultants, manage rent collection, and support career progression to Property Manager. This role reports to the Property Manager and requires a mix of leasing, administrative, and resident-relations duties.

Responsibilities include handling evictions when allowed, processing applications with income verification, auditing move-ins, maintaining accurate billing, and assisting with leasing tours.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks
• Collect rent and ensure accurate postings in accounting system
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws
• Issue lease violations and work with property manager to ensure guidelines are met
• Review and approve applications with income proof per guidelines
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are uploaded
• Ensure residents' billing is current
• Prepare monthly reports per guidelines
• Assist in budgeting and uploading bills for approval
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues
• Assist with leasing and conduct tours
• Handle escalated service requests with the team
• Support budgeted occupancy and leasing goals
• Assist with resident functions and renewals
• May require one weekend work per month
